In the early stage, I was always worried about what kind of accessories, bags or clothing I chose to shoot. For this kind of work, I would hesitate every time because I didn’t know which one would show a better shooting effect. I slowly learned to start from a specific angle. For example, if I want to take a photo with a similar style, then I decided to set the clothes. It would be simpler.
I think the shooting experience this time is very new for me, because I didn’t do modeling, costume selection, props/background and so on from beginning to end before. I chose an exhibition for the scene I shot this time. There are many mirrors in it. The color toning and the filter are also the final decision I made after many attempts and adjustments.
Later, I used the form of animation to make videos instead of simply wearing the skirt to take pictures. I thought it was a huge challenge, because I had never tried to draw animations by myself before, and the effect was very good in the end. But I don’t think I can grasp the key points well. I look at the sample in the ppt, everyone’s focus should be on the object, and the final effect of the video I may make is more like a brand advertising video.
Next time, I should pay more attention to the key points of each assignment. Determine in advance what to look at for each step and take action after repeated thinking, instead of making changes after I find that there may be a problem, which will be time-consuming.
